90-day treatment
embrace a new beginning
Located in Boulder, Colorado, our extended primary treatment offers a supportive inpatient rehab 90-day program in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Client in all phases of addictions and early recovery can further their recovery at Choice House. Our experienced addiction and trauma certified clinical staff create a healthy and healing environment that aids in the treatment of alcoholism and/or drug addiction and co-occurring disorders using the 12-Step philosophy created by Alcoholics Anonymous.

Choice House offers a Twelve Step based, enhanced addiction recovery sober living community for men who have completed our primary treatment program, another treatment program, or who are appropriate candidates for structured Boulder addiction recovery and sober living.
Choice House has 18 total beds available at six sober homes neighboring each other. We do our best to consider placement only for those who are unwaveringly dedicated to their ongoing success in sober home living and rehabilitation. During their stay, we work closely with referral sources to make sure each individual’s discharge and aftercare plans are made to ensure ongoing support throughout the journey of sobriety.

- Weekly one-on-one sessions with primary therapist plus 24/7 phone access

Choice House intensive outpatient program (IOP)
The Choice House Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers outpatient and individual therapy groups geared towards helping men struggling with substance abuse and the difficulties that arise, while still allowing them to navigate their personal responsibilities, careers, and family life. Choice House's outpatient program accepts many major insurance providers.
